By signing below, I authorize CCRL to update my ACH change as requested above. I understand that these changes may take up to 30 business days to be processed, and I will continue to ensure that my loan payments are made on time. I am responsible for any and all fees that may occur during this time. Stopping ACH payments does not cancel or change the contract I have with CCRL. I remain responsible for ensuring timely payments are made going forward.
