By entering into a loan agreement with CCRL, you acknowledge that your information will be shared with FCC Finance for these servicing purposes.
  • With service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep your information confidential.
  • As required or permitted by law.

SMS/MMS Text Terms

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent, or message data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the text messages you request and for operational support.

By providing us with your mobile number and per the terms of your Retail Installment Contract, you give CCRL and its authorized servicing partner, FCC Finance, permission to send you account-related text messages — such as payment reminders and notifications — in conjunction with the servicing of your account. After your loan is funded, account-related text messages may be sent by or on behalf of FCC Finance as your loan servicer.

Message frequency may vary by account. Message and data rates may apply. To opt-out, text STOP to any text message you receive. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you. To request support, text HELP or email us at contact@ccrl.com.

If your device does not support MMS, any MMS messages sent may be delivered as SMS messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

We may share your mobile number, consent status, and message data only with service providers (including FCC Finance) to deliver messages and operate the service. We do not sell or share this data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

 

Your Access to and Control Over Information

CCRL originates loans but does not service them after funding. Once your loan has been funded, your account will be transferred to our servicing partner, FCC Finance. FCC Finance will be responsible for:

  • Collecting and processing your loan payments.
  • Sending account statements, payment reminders, and other account-related communications.
  • Managing your account and responding to servicing inquiries.

FCC Finance operates under its own privacy practices with respect to the information it receives and manages as your loan servicer. We encourage you to review FCC Finance's privacy policy to understand how they handle your personal information.

 

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via this website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as financial data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way.
